水分胁迫对中华金叶榆生理生化的影响

【摘要】 为研究中华金叶榆对水涝和干旱的适应能力,以二年生中华金叶榆的嫁接苗为材料,在连续水涝和干旱两种水分胁迫下,对其进行了多个生理指标的测定。结果表明:在干旱胁迫下,SOD 酶活性、POD 酶活性、相对电导率、叶绿素含量大致呈现上升趋势,到20d 时与对照相比分别增加了17%、70%、25.4%、 67.5%,脯氨酸含量变化最为激烈,比对照增加了13倍,叶片总含水量随着干旱时间的延长下降了7.6%, 丙二醛(MDA)含量在胁迫初期呈上升趋势,之后变化平缓;而在水涝胁迫下,各项生理指标均变化平缓, 且与对照相比差异不明显。
【Abstract】 The paper studied the waterlogging and drought adaptability of Chinese golden leaf elm.The material was potted- plant of biennial Chinese golden leaf Elm.Some physiological indexes were determined under continuous drought and watedog- ging.The results showed that these indexes of the activity of SOD and POD,the relative conductivity,chlorophyll contents had an ascending tendency and these indexes increased by 17%,70%,25.4%,67.5% compared with the control on 20d.The contents of praline were increased by 13 times during the experiment.With the prolonging time of drought stress,the total wa- ter content of leaves decreased by 7.6%.The contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)increased before 15d and then decreased gently.But the physiological indicators under watedogging stress varied gently and there was no difference compared with the control.
