SO2胁迫对紫叶李色素含量及叶绿素荧光动力学特性的影响

【摘要】 以盆栽紫叶李的2年生嫁接苗为试材,采用人工静态熏气装置,分析不同浓度 SO2胁迫条件下(15d) 紫叶李叶片光合色素含量及荧光动力学参数的变化情况。研究结果为:在 SO2浓度为5.7mg·m-3胁迫下, 叶绿素 a(Chla)、叶绿素 b(Chlb)、叶绿素 a/b、总叶绿素和类胡萝卜素(Car)含量均比对照显著提高, 在 SO2浓度大于5.71mg·m-3胁迫下则相反,且各处理间达极显著差异;在 SO2浓度小于11.4mg·m-3胁迫下,紫叶李叶片花青苷含量随着胁迫强度的增强而增加,而在 SO2浓度大于11.4mg·m-3胁迫下则随着胁迫强度的增强而降低;在 SO2浓度小于11.4mg·m-3胁迫下,PSⅡ原初光能转化效率 Fv/Fm 随着胁迫强度的增强而增加,而在 SO2浓度大于11.4mg·m-3胁迫下则随着胁迫强度的增强而降低;PSⅡ潜在活性 Fv/Fo、光光化学淬灭效率 qP 随着胁迫强度的增强而减小;而荧光非光化学淬灭效率 qN 却随着胁迫强度的增强而增加。这些结果表明,紫叶李苗木在低浓度 SO2(小于11.4mg·m-3)胁迫下通过自身较高活性的保护酶系统使机体免受伤害,而在高浓度 SO2(大于11.4mg·m-3)胁迫下通过增加 qN 耗散过剩的光能和提高ΦPSⅡ消耗多余能量、保护光合器官免受损伤,但叶片的光合色素含量和其它荧光参数均受到不同程度的影响,紫叶李叶片受到伤害与 PSⅡ反应中心失活有关。

【Abstract】 The changes of Photosynthetic pigments,anthocyanin and Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of seeding under dif- ferent SO2 stress conditions were studied using two-year-old seedlings of Prunus cerasifera Var atropurea cultured in farmland closed chamber with pot as materials.The chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll(a+b),carotenoid,anthocyanin and flavonoids contents were determined by the method of spectrophotometric quantification and the fluorescence parameters such as Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo,Fv’/Fm’,ΦPS Ⅱ,qP and qN were determined by the method of fluorescence induction hinetics with modu- lated Chlorophyll fluorometer(OSL5-FL,OPTISCI,USA)under normal condition and different degrees of SO2 stress ((0 ms·m-3,5.71mg·m-3,11.43mg·m-3,17.14mg·m-3,22.86mg·m-3)after 15d.The results indicated that chlorophyll a、chlorophyll b、chlorophyll(a+b)、and carotenoid contents were increased significantly than CK under low SO2 stress(less than 5.7mg·m-3),then decreased significantly with increasing of SO2 concentration(more than 5.7mg· m-3).anthocyanin contents were increased significantly than CK under low SO2 stress(less than 11.4mg·m-3),then de- creased significantly with increasing of SO2 concentration(more than 11.4mg·m-3).Among the chlorophyll fluorescence pa- rameters,Fv/Fm took a trend of increasing firstly then decreasing with the increasing of SO2 concentration,but qN increased with the increasing of SO2 concentration,Fv/Fo and qP decreased with the increasing of SO2 concentration accordingly..It could be concluded that Prunus cerasifera Vat atropurea protected the organism from the damage through highly active antioxi- dant enzymes system eliminating the augment of active oxygen mainly under low SO2 concentration(less than11.4mg·m-3) while the safeguard mechanism of Prunus cerasifera Var atropurea could protect photosynthetic apparatus from the damage of surplus of light energy through increasing qN and ΦPS Ⅱ under higher SO2 concentration(more than11.4mg·m-3),but Pho- tosynthetic pigments and the other Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were still affected .The results demonstrated that the damage of leaves of Prunus cerasifera ’Atroourpurea’ was related tn the inactivation of PSⅡ reaction center
