【摘要】 以大岩桐(Sinningina speciosa)试管无菌苗为试材,分别进行了叶片愈伤组织诱导培养、试管苗继代增殖培养和试管苗生根培养的对比实验,以求筛选出各个阶段培养基的最佳植物激素组合。实验结果表明:大岩桐叶片愈伤组织诱导培养基以 MS+BA 1.0mg/L+2,4-D 0.1mg/L 最有利于愈伤组织生成,而 MS+BA 1mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L 最有利于不定芽直接生成;试管苗继代增殖最佳培养基为:MS+BA2.0mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L;试管苗生根培养最佳培养基为:1/2MS+NAA 1mg/L+IBA 0.5mg/L。更多还原

【Abstract】 An experiment was conducted with the Sinningina speciosa to investigate its tissue culture.The results showed that young plant could grown in MS and 1/2MS medium which of different concentrations of cell divisions with auxins.The optional mediums were MS+BA 1.0mg/L+2,4-D 0.1mg/L;MS+BA 1mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L;MS+BA 2.0mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/ L;1/2MS+NAA 1mg/L+IBA 0.5mg/L.更多还原
