11种彩色马蹄莲种质花粉生活力测定初报
The Preliminary Research on Identification for the Pollen Viability of 11 Zantedeschia Hybirds Germplasms

【摘要】 以11种马蹄莲杂交种为试材,分别进行了新鲜花粉生活力测定、室温和8℃条件下对花粉生活力影响的研究。结果表明:Harmony 的花粉生活力最高,为45.76%;8℃低温条件贮藏7d 时,Harmony,Rehmanii, Pink Persuasion 花粉生活力高于室温条件下贮藏;8℃低温条件贮藏15d 并不能延长花粉的寿命。
【Abstract】 Several species of Zantedeschia were employed as the experiment materials to carry on the study of the pollen viabil- ity.The results indicated that the viability of the Harmony was the highest in Zantedeschia,it could reach to 45.76%.The life of pollen could not be prolonged to over days under 8℃.
