【摘要】 采用压片法对野牡丹属5个种植物进行细胞学研究。结果表明:5个种染色体数目均为2n=24,染色体长度在0.43～2.99μm之间,为小染色体。通过染色体核型对称性分析,5个种从原始到进化的顺序可能为:地菍、野牡丹、展毛野牡丹、细叶野牡丹、多花野牡丹。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chromosome numbers and types of the 5 species were studied by the squash method in this paper.The results showed that the chromosome number was 2n=2x=24 and chromosome size varied from 0.43μm to 2.99μm,belonging to small chromosome type.By analyzing the karyotypic symmetry,the evolution trend of the 5 species may be in order of M.dode- candrum,M.candidum,M.normale,M.intermedium and M.affine.更多还原
