百合的繁育研究概述

【摘要】 我国是百合属植物的原产地,食用、观赏和药用百合的栽培历史十分悠久,本文重点对百合的繁殖、育种研究作了综述。从20世纪50年代开始,世界范围内相继进行了百合的组织培养、脱毒、育种等研究工作,在探讨组培的优化条件、试管内多倍体诱导、促进百合仔鳞茎的大量扩增以及百合无病毒苗研究等领域取得了较大的进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 China is the provenance of Lilium. People have used cultivated lilies as medicinal, edible and ornamental plants a long time ago in history. This paper summarizes propagation, breeding researches on lilies. Tissue culture, virus elimination, breeding researches on lilies has developed through the world from the mid 20th century. A lot of progress has been made in probing only condition of tissue culture, polyploid induction in tubes, promoting mass propagation of lily bulbs and researches on gaining virus-free seedlings.更多还原
