不同光照下番茄果重的双列杂交遗传分析

【摘要】 用4个耐弱光性不同的品系,按双列杂交法,配制6个杂交组合,分析不同光照环境下番茄果重的遗传效应。结果表明,耐弱光品系和弱光敏感品系的果重一般配合力效应差异极显著,多数的耐弱光×弱光敏感组合特殊配合力低于弱光敏感×弱光敏感组合。耐弱光品系果重的一般配合力较低,弱光敏感品系一般配合力较高。遗传参数估计表明,该群体番茄果重遗传以加性遗传为主,弱光单果重、正常光单果重的广义遗传力和狭义遗传力均在85%以上,弱光对该群体果重遗传影响不大。
【Abstract】 4 different lower light density tolerant tomato lines were arranged in 6 hybridize combination according to the diallel cross, and their tolerance to lower light density were analyzed through the fruit set rate in both lower light density and nature light density condition. The results showed that: the general combining ability effect of fruit set rate in the two kinds of variety- the lower light density tolerant and low light density light sensitive variety, in both lower light density and nature light density condition, were significantly different. The specific combining ability of lower light density tolerant tomato ×r lower light density light sensitive tomato was lower than that of lower light density light sensitive toma to × lower light density light sensitive tomato. So the better way of lower light density tolerant tomato variety breeding was the combination of lower light density tolerant tomato and lower light density light sensitive tomato. The general combining ability of lower light density light tolerant tomato was higher than that of lower light density light sensitive one. Through the estimating of lower light density tolerant genetic parameter of tomato, the additive effect and dominant effect were existed in lower light density tolerant tomato and the former is the primary. The broad heritability of the fruit set rate in lower light density and nature light density was 55. 41% and 40. 00% respectively, the narrow heritability was 53. 98% and 38. 68% respectively. There were some interaction between environmental and genetic factors.
