种子低温处理对萝卜叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性的影响

【摘要】 以来源于不同国家的萝卜(Raphanus satizpus L.)品种为试材,研究了5℃与 25℃下处理20d对萝卜叶片SOD,POD,CAT活性的影响。结果表明:不同品种间SOD活性差异明显,春白王酶活性最大,おでん大根酶活性最小;与常温相比,低温处理对SOD活性影响不显著。不同萝卜品种中以春白玉活性较大,春早生与北极春的叶片POD活性较小; 与常温相比,在低温下处理20d后特耐热一号和春早生叶片POD活性分别增加58%和71%。叶片CAT活性以早生夏之幸、特耐热1号较大,七福大藏与春早生次之,其他品种间几乎无差异;低温处理明显降低了叶片CAT活性。北极春与春早生对低温反应较迟钝,具有较好的耐低温、抗抽薹特性,可以作为早春萝卜的首选品种。

【Abstract】 Various radish cultivars collected from different countries were evaluated and a-nalysised in order to investigate the leaf activity of SOD, POD, CAT among various radishes with the pre- treatment under 5 ℃ and 25 ℃ when germinated. The results were as followed: there was obvious difference among the various cultivars under 25 ℃ treatment in SOD activity, which was higher in Chunbaiwang, and lower in おでん radish; Low temperature had little effect on SOD activity . As for the POD activity, it was higher in Chunbaiyu, and lower in Chunzaosheng and Beijichun; The POD activity of Tenaire 1 and Chunzaosheng increased 58% and 71% respectively under 5 ℃ treatment compared with that under 25 ℃. The CAT activity of Zaoshengxianzhixing and Teraire 1 was the highest among all the cultivars, Qifudazang and Chunzaosheng ranked second; there was no distinctively difference among other cultivars. Low temperature obviously decreased the activity of CAT. The bolting date indicated that Chunzaosheng and Beijichun were better for early Spring cultivation than the other cultivars.
