利用空间诱变育种技术培育番茄新品种宇番1号、宇番2号

【摘要】 将番茄干种子,搭载于科学返地卫星上,种子随空间飞行,接受空间条件处理, 返回陆地后,进行田间培育及突变体筛选,于SP2代得到植物表型性状与生物学性状的明显变异,SP3～SP4代稳定遗传,首次育成果大、色美、质佳、抗病、高产新品种“宇番1号”。并相继推出了多果、丰产、质佳、抗病、耐贮运新品种“宇番2号”。更多还原

【Abstract】 Air- dried seeds of tomato were carried by recoverable satellite (RS) for space mutation. When satellite come back, we begin mutation screens. Separation of phenotypic trait and biological characteristics appeared in the SP2 generation, and begin stabilize heredity in the SP3 - SP4. And we breed two new tomato line "YuFan 11" which represent big fruit, fresh color, good quality, good disease resistance, high yield, and "YuFan 2" which represent more fruit, high yield, good qulity, bear store and transportation by RS and this is the first time in our country.更多还原
