萌动种子低温处理对青花菜花球发育及品质的影响

【摘要】 青花菜萌动种子经低温(0~2℃)处理10 d(D10)和20 d(D20)后,可使花芽分化临界期、现蕾期、采收始期和采收结束期均有不同程度的提前。与对照相比,花芽分化临界期、现蕾期和采收始期均分别提前6d和7d;采收结束期分别提前8d和9d。青花菜萌动种子低温处理对产量影响不大,但对花球的品质有一定影响,其中花球中可溶性蛋白质含量显著地提高,花球中可溶性糖和可溶性固形物的含量极显著地提高。
【Abstract】 The effects of low temperature treatment (0 - 2 ℃) of germinating seeds on growth and development of plants and quality in broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. italica) were studied. The results indicated that the critical stage of flower - bud differentiation, budding stage, initial period of harvest and finished period of harvest advanced in some degree. Low temperature treatment of germinating seeds for 10 d in broccoli (D10) advanced 6 d for the critical stage of flower- bud differentiation, budding stage and initial period of harvest as well as advanced 8 d for finished period of harvest; Low temperature treatment of germinating seeds for 20 d in broccoli (D20) advanced 7 d for the critical stage of flower - bud differentiation , budding stage and initial period of harvest as well as advanced 9 d for finished period of harvest The yield of flower ball had little effect while the quality of flower ball had certain effect under low temperature treatment of germinating seeds. Soluble protein contents increased prominently as well as soluble sugar and soluble solids increased significantly in flower ball of broccoli.
