遮荫处理对休眠期“极佳”碳水化合物的影响研究

【摘要】 以5年生甜樱桃“极佳”为试材,分析了不同遮荫处理对休眠期花芽和叶芽碳水化合物的影响效应。结果表明:在休眠期间花芽和叶芽中可溶性糖处于缓慢升高过程,在12 月末急剧上升达到最高值;淀粉前期积累缓慢,11月下旬达最高值,之后有大约30d的缓慢下降期,12月末迅速下降。碳水化合物含量的跃变期与自然休眠的进程相吻合。遮荫处理前期提高了可溶性糖含量,降低了淀粉含量;遮荫处理后期提高了淀粉含量,降低了可溶性糖含量。遮荫强度越大,影响程度越大。
【Abstract】 Experiments were conducted with 5-year-old trees of ’Valeri Chikalov’ sweet cherry for studying the effects of shading on carbohydrate and of flower buds and leaf buds of cherry in dormant period. The results showed that : During the whole dormancy period, soluble sugar content in bud always slowly rose then rose rapidly and reached the top content in the last ten-day of Dem. Starch in bud accumulated slowly in earlier stage and reached the top content in the last ten-day of Nov. After that, the starch content reduced slowly for about one month and dropped sharply. Shading raised soluble sugar and dropped starch content in early stage but it had a reverse effect in late stage. The more shading the bigger effects.
