草莓品种丰香和美德莱特光合作用特性的比较

【摘要】 以草莓品种丰香、美德莱特为试材,比较了四季草莓美德莱特与一季草莓丰香的光合生理生态特性的差异。测定相同生境中美德莱特与丰香的净光合速率、胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度等生理生态特性指标及叶绿素含量,研究了两种草莓在栽培条件下的光合特性。结果表明:丰香与美德莱特净光合速率日变化均呈现双峰曲线型;两种草莓的气孔导度在午间保持较低值,对光合作用有明显的限制作用。二者在不同CO2浓度下光合速率响应曲线均类似米氏方程曲线,而在不同光强下光合速率响应曲线与浓度呈相关。在草莓生产中,如何为草莓提供最合适的环境条件提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 The photosynthetic characteristics of strawberry leaves were studied. The pho-tosynthetic rate, stomata conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration and Chlorophyll content of leaves of strawberry in the same environment were measured. The results showed that the diurnal change curves of net photosynthetic rate of the two strawberry cultivars were of the midday - depression type, and those of transpiration rate displayed a single - peak. The two only shut the speed and respond the similar Milosevic’s equation contours of curve under different CO2 density, in shut speed respond curve and CO2 density relevant only under being different and only strong. The photosynthesis was restricted by the decrease in stomata conductance at midday.
