流式细胞术检测葡萄倍性的研究

【摘要】 利用流式细胞术对4个葡萄二倍体、2个三倍体、1个四倍体试管苗的细胞核 DNA的相对含量进行测定。结果表明,随着倍性水平的增加,细胞核DNA相对含量随之成倍增加,这说明可利用流式细胞术测定细胞核DNA相对含量来进行倍性鉴定;利用这一技术对葡萄110个杂交后代倍性水平进行了鉴定,发现了3个三倍体植株。更多还原

【Abstract】 The relative nuclear DNA content of nuclei isolated from young leaves including 4 diploid, 2 triploid and 1 tetraploid was measured by flow cytometry in grape cultivars. The results showed that nuclear DNA content increased with ploidy increasing. Therefore, the flow cytometry could be used for ploidy identification . In 110 grape cross progenies, with this method found that three plant are triploid.更多还原
