60Co-γ射线辐照处理对枇杷次生枝果实品质性状的影响

【摘要】 本研究探讨了60Co-γ射线照射解放钟枇杷枝条,对次生枝果实外观品质和口感品质性状的诱变规律。结果表明:在1 500~3 000R辐射剂量范围内,对风味品质、果肉颜色、果皮颜色、锈斑、肉质、汁液等有较强的诱变效应(诱变频率0.48%~44.06%);诱变效应为风味>果肉颜色>果皮颜色>肉质>锈斑>汁液,有益诱变效应为:风味>果皮颜色> 汁液>肉质;综合比较认为,要改善解放钟枇杷果实外观品质和口感品质,宜选用2 500R左右的辐射剂量。
【Abstract】 The experiment was designed to study the mutation regulation on secondary branch fruit quality of appearance and flavor after 60Co - γ ray irradiated on the loquat Jiefang-hong branch. The results showed that the γ ray from 1 500R to 3 000R dose had great muta-genic effect on fruit characters, such as flavor, fresh color, pericarp color, rusty spot, flesh-y, juice, et al. The frequency was from 0. 48 percent to 44. 06 percent. The effect on loquat quality was flavor, flesh color, pericarp color, fleshy, rusty, juice in turns, while the beneficial quality was flavor, pericarp color, juice, fleshy in turns. Compared completely, it was suitable to select the irradiated dose of 2500R, to improve the loquat Jiefangzhong fruit quality of appearance and flavor.
