不同生长调节剂对李光合作用与生长结果性状的影响

【摘要】 本文以成年青脆李为试材,研究了CPPU、GA3、PBO 3种生长调节剂对叶片光合作用和树体生长结果性状。结果表明:①提高了青脆李叶片光合速率(Pn)、光合产物输出率(Pt)和叶绿素含量,以PBO处理最高(16.78μmol·m-2·s-1、51.28%和4.83mg·g-1), 其次是CPPU(16.03μmol·m-2·s-1、50.05%和4.72mg·g-1),GA3处理最低(14.56 μmol·m-2·s-1、45.47 %和4.25mg·g-1)。②PBO和CPPU处理促发了树体当年枝梢的抽生,并使枝条长度、节长和树冠减小,叶面积系数增加,GA3处理对树冠性状的影响效果与 PBO和CPPU处理相反。③PBO和CPPU处理使单叶面积变小、并降低叶片可溶性糖含量和 N含量,增加叶片厚度、比叶干重(SLW)以及叶片的P、K含量,以PBO处理效果最明显,其次是CPPU处理;GA3处理对叶片性状和叶片营养指标的影响效应与PBO和CPPU 处理相反。④提高了树体坐果率、产量、果实的可溶性固形物、总糖和Vc含量,增进了果实品质。
【Abstract】 The effects of 3 plant growth regulators (CPPU, GA3 and PBO) on photosynthesis, growth and fruit set in Prunus. salicina Lindl. var. qingcuili were investigated. The results indicated that photosynthetic rate, photosynthetic productivity and chlorophyll content of plum leaves were all increased under the three growth regulators treatments. PBO treatment was the most efficient (16. 78 μmol · m-2 · s-1 、 51.28% and 4.83mg · g-1 ) .CPPU (16.03μmol · m-2 ·s-1 、 50. 05% and 4. 72mg ·g-1) and GA3 (14. 56μmol ·m-2 ·s-1、 45.47% and 4. 25mg ·g-1) treatments were inferior to the former. Moreover, PBO and CPPU promoted more shoots sprouting, increased leaf area index and decreased the length of shoots and knot. But the effect of GA3 was on the contrary. Otherwise, PBO decreased sigal foliar area, reduced soluble sugar and nitrogen content, and increased leaves thickness, specific leaf weight ( SLW) and contents of phosphorus and Potassium. CPPU was not good as PBO, yet the effect of GA3 was oposite to them. Besides, the 3 plant growth regulators promoted fruit set and increased yields, soluble solid, total sugar and Vc content, there by enhanced quality of plum fruits.
