【摘要】 本文概要介绍了能够明显促进苹果着色的三种天然物质5-氨基乙酰丙酸 (AIA)、L-谷氨酸(GIU)和金雀异黄素(GNT)在田间和实验室条件下对苹果花青素积累的效应。结果表明,它们不仅增进果实色泽,而且还有提高果肉可溶性固形物的趋势,具有推广应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effects of three natural substances, including 5 - aminolevulinic acid (ALA), L - glutamic acid (GLU) , and genistein (GNT), on anthocyanin formation of apple fruits in orchard or laboratory were briefly introduced in the paper. All experiments showed that they could significantly increased color and soluble solid content as well, suggesting they can be used in the future.更多还原
