【摘要】 沙芥属植物是亚洲中部蒙古高原沙地的特有属,沙芥种是中国的特有种。该属植物作为一种沙生蔬菜,具有很大的开发潜力,但近年来资源逐渐减少,种群分布范围不断缩小,资源保护迫在眉睫。在种质资源调研中笔者发现其中3个种和1个变种的4份材料在生殖器官上有不同于原种或变种的性状。本文主要论述了沙芥属4个种1个变种的9份材料在蒙古高原的分布、植物学性状、营养价值、药用价值、环保作用、加工工艺、存在问题及展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pugionium Gaertn. was endemic genera in Mongol plateau sandy soil of central Asia. P. cornutum (L. ) Gaertn. was landlord species in China,but their amount and distribution area of population reduced gradually. Four accessions collected were different from their original species in their reproductive organ. The distribution, botanical characteristics , nutritional value, medical value, the function of environmental protection, processing techniques of nine Pugionium materials were summarized.更多还原
