【摘要】 采用不连续垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,分析了扎343、香玲、薄壳香、中林3号、中林1号、辽核1号、辽核4号七种早实核桃品种及晋龙1号晚实核桃品种叶片和枝皮的过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱特征,综合两种器官同工酶酶谱差异,通过分析,结果表明,过氧化物酶同工酶谱的差异与形态上的差异表现出一定的相关性,在早、晚实品种的同工酶酶谱对比中可以找到各自明显的酶谱特征,它们之间存在着较大的差异,这些差异是由于抗性和生长习性等不同而形成的;另外,同一品种的不同部位酶谱也存在较大差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 The isozymes of peroxidase in leaves and shoot-bark from seven early-fruit varieties(Zha343、 Xiangling、Baokexiang、Zhonglin.No.1、Zhonglin.No.3、Liaohe.No.1、Liaohe.No.4)and one late-fruit variety (Jinlong.No.1)were studied by means of perpendicular-flat type of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE) The results showed that:the difference of zymograms of two kinds of organs expressed a certain relativity with the difference of the appearance.There were obvious zymograms differences between early-fruit and late-fruit walnuts,which maybe come from the resistance and growth habit.Moreover,the zymograms expressed notable differences among different kinds of organs from one tree.更多还原
