【Abstract】 The stems and leaves of Dongzao were used as materials to introduce callus.The study probed effects on different concentrations of different hormone to the introduction with MS medium.The results indicated that:ZT and NAA were suitable for stems to introduce callus which texture was good but not good for leaves.更多还原
