培养基不同成分对墨兰根状茎分化成苗的影响
Effects of Different Ingredients of Cluture Medium on the Plant Regeneration of Rhizomes from Cymbidium sinense

【摘要】 以墨兰企剑白墨为材料,设计2组L9(34)正交试验,研究了NH4NO3、KH2PO4、6-BA、NAA、AgNO3、GA3等因素对墨兰根状茎分化成苗的影响,结果表明:墨兰根状茎诱导分化出苗需要较高浓度的6-BA,以10mg/L 较为适宜;MS 培养基的NH4NO3常规含量比较有利于墨兰根状茎分化出苗,1/2倍MS 含量的NH4NO3则有利于根状茎的增殖;将培养基中的KH2PO4浓度提高到340mg/L,可促进墨兰根状茎的成苗;AgNO3对墨兰的分化成苗有一定的促进作用;培养基中添加GA3不利于墨兰根状茎的分化出苗。
【Abstract】 Effects on the plant regeneration of rhizomes from Cymbidium sinense cv.Qijianbaimo were investigated by 2 L9(34,4 factorsand 3 levels)experiments with NH4NO3,KH2PO4,6-BA,NAA,AgNO3 and GA3 in MS medium.The results indicate that higher concentrationof 6-BA(10mg/L)is needed for differentiation of rhizomes;that the normal content of NH4NO3 and 340mg/L KH2PO4 in MS medium is favor-able to gaining more plantlets,but half content of NH4NO3 is proper to promoting the propagation of rhizomes;and that AgNO3 has some effectson the plant regeneration but adding GA3 in MS medium is disadvantageous to the plant regeneration of rhizomes.
