几种生物农药对温室白粉虱的毒力测定

【摘要】 本试验结合目前蔬菜生产中温室白粉虱防治现状,利用几种市面上常见生物性农药进行了初步的室内毒力测定。结果表明:供试的8种药剂中以百草一号和全球鹰对温室白粉虱成虫的毒力作用最为显著,其LC50为0.3042 mg/L和0.8044 mg/L;其次,绿浪和清源保也具有良好的毒力效果,明显好于其余药剂。说明利用生物性农药替代传统化学性农药的可行性和优良性。

【Abstract】 Based on the condition of controlling Trialeurodes Vaporariorum Westwood in the vegetable planting, the toxicity effects of multiple bio-pesticides available in any market were evaluated in this investigation. The results showed that the toxicities of Matrine and Quanqiuying to Trialeurodes Vaporariorum Westwood were highest. The LC50 of Matrine and Quanqiuying were 0. 3 042 mg/L and 0. 8 044 mg/L. The toxicities of Lulang and Qingyuan bao were higher than other pesticides. The results indicated that it was feasibility using bio-pesticides in controlling Trialeurodes Vaporariorum Westwood instead of using chemo-pesti-cides.
