茎瘤芥(榨菜)各生育时期农艺性状间的关系研究

【摘要】 以21个茎瘤芥品种(系)为试材,研究了各生育时期农艺性状间的关系。结果表明,各生育时期农艺性状间简单相关关系几乎均呈正相关。偏相关分析表明,始期株鲜重与其叶长、叶宽、瘤茎生长量、纵径,中期瘤茎生长量与其株鲜重,单株产量与始期瘤茎生长量、现蕾期叶长、茎/叶、纵径、横径之间均呈显著或极显著正偏相关;始期瘤茎生长量与纵径、横径,始期叶宽与中期株鲜重,纵径与横径,单株产量与始期株鲜重之间均呈显著或极显著负偏相关。多元逐步回归和通径分析表明,始期、中期瘤茎生长量以及现蕾期的叶长、横径、纵径等5个农艺性状对单株产量的偏回归系数和通径系数显著或极显著,其中横径对单株产量作用最大,其余性状依次为纵径>现蕾期叶长>中期瘤茎生长量>始期瘤茎生长量,同时这5个农艺性状之间大多为负的偏相关,存在着不同程度的制约关系,分析提出了高产育种应以增大瘤茎横径为其主攻目标。

【Abstract】 Relations among agronomic characters of 21 tumorous stem mustard varieties at different growth stage were studied. The results showed that the simple correlations were positive in correlation analysis. Partial correlation analysis showed that there were most significant positive partial correlations between plant fresh weight and leaf length, leaf width, tumorous stem fresh weight (TSFW) ,tumorous stem length (TSL) at early stage of tumorous stem enlargement (TSE); between TSFW and plant fresh weight at middle stage of TSE; between yield per plant and TSFW at early stage of TSE, leaf length, tumorous stem/ leaf ratio, tumorous stem length (TSL), tumorous stem width (TSW) at the stage of flower bud appearance (FBA). There were significant negative partial correlation between TSFW at early stage of TSE and TSL, TSW) ; between leaf width at early stage of TSE and plant fresh weight at middle stage of TSE; between TSL and TSW; between yield per plant and plant fresh weight at early stage of TSE. Multiple step regression and path analyses showed that regression coefficients and path coefficients of TSFW at the early and middle stage of TSE, leaf length, TSL and TSW at the stage of FBA to yield per plant were significant or most singnificant. The trait that contribute the most to yield per plant is TSW, and the rest of the traits are in the order of TSL, leaf length at the stage of FBA, TSFW at middle stage of TSE and TSFW at early stage of TSE. The partial correlations among the 5 agronomic characters were mostly negative. Based on the analyses, it is suggested that the main approach of high yield breeding is to increase TSW.
