萝卜胞质白菜雄性不育系向菜心品种转育的研究

【摘要】 以不结球白菜Ogura萝卜胞质不育系和改良萝卜胞质不育系为不育源,向菜心品种早49中转育,对萝卜胞质菜心雄性不育系进行了回交转育速度的研究。结果表明,早49各回交后代不育株率和不育度均表现为100%,不育系在回交二代时外部形态接近轮回亲本。Ogura不育系性状优势强于改良不育系,但是心叶黄化,生育周期长,限制了其转化速度;改良不育系从外部形态上接近轮回亲本,但是随着回交世代的增加衰退现象较为严重。Ogura雄性不育系配制的杂交组合杂种优势强。
【Abstract】 Ogura CMS and improved CMS of non-heading Chinese cabbage was being used as a source of male sterility which was transferred to Zao49. The experiment has been systematically investigated on the backcross transfer speed. The results had been showed that male sterile lines has 100 percent rate for both the sterile plant and sterile degree in the different backcross generation. The exterior characters had been showed to be similar to recurrent parents in BC2. The characters of ogura CMS were superior to improved CMS in the backcross transferring of Zao 49. Unfortunately this was associated with suppressed nectary development, low temperature chlorophyll deficiency and long growth period. Improved CMS line of Zao 49 was similar to its recurrent parent in economic traits with backcross generation, but it has severe selfed depression. F1 hybrid combination showed that there are significant heterosis in ogura CMS.
