营养液温度和溶解氧浓度对黄瓜植株氮化物含量的影响
Effects of Temperature and Dissolved Oxygen of Nutrient Solution on the Nitrides in Cucumis Sativus L

【摘要】 常液温(25℃)下,低溶解氧浓度(1-2 mg/L)处理与正常溶解氧浓度(4-8 mg/L)相比,黄瓜植株体内氮素代谢作用增强,叶片内各种氮素化合物含量无明显变化,根组织内则有提高的趋势,叶和根内各种氨基酸含量显著提高,植株生长无差异,对生长介质中的低氧逆境表现出较高的耐性;但高液温(33℃)下,除根组织内硝态氮和可溶性氮含量不受溶解氧浓度的影响外,叶和根中的其他各种氮素化合物含量在低溶解氧浓度(1 mg/L)下均明显降低,而氨基酸含量则明显提高,植株生长不良,耐低氧性明显降低。
【Abstract】 The contents of nitrides in different parts of hydroponic Cucumis Sativus L. seedlings with 25℃, 33℃ solution temperatures and 1 mg/L, 2 mg/L, 4 mg/L, 8 mg/L dissolved oxygen (DO) of nutrient solution were investigated. At 25℃, seedlings grew well on the nutrient solution with 1-2 mg/L DO, and showed the high tolerant capacity. Nitrogen metabolism was improved, total nitrogen and nitrides in the leaves were unaffected but the nitrides contents in roots increased under low DO (Fig. 1, Fig. 2), and total amino acids contents both in leaves and roots increased significantly (Table 1). But at 33℃, plants could not grow well, showed the decreased tolerant capacity. The nitrides contents in leaves and roots decreased significantly under low DO (1 mg/L) except nitrate nitrogen and soluble nitrogen contents in roots (Fig.1, Fig. 2). And total and most amino acids contents also showed the increasing trends but the range was much smaller than that of 25℃.
