H2O2诱导黄瓜幼苗抗高温胁迫能力的研究

【摘要】 对农城4号黄瓜四叶期的幼苗分别用0、0.5 mmoL/L、1.0 mmoL/L、1.5 mmoL/LH2O2溶液进行预处理,1天后以41℃的高温胁迫24 h。结果表明:黄瓜幼苗中的叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白质含量显著(P≤0.05)提高(除1.5 mmoL/L H2O2 处理的叶绿素含量降低外),且二者均随H2O2浓度的增大而减小;相对电导率则随H2O2浓度的增大而增大,但显著低于对照(P≤0.05),三者均以0.5 mmoL/L处理的效果最佳。CAT和POD活性随H2O2浓度的增大而增强,而MDA含量则随H2O2浓度的增大而减小;CAT和POD活性均与MDA含量之间呈显著的(P≤0.05)负相关关系。

【Abstract】 Cucumber seedlings with four leaves of Nongcheng No. 4 were pretreated by 0, 0. 5 mmoL/L, 1. 0 mmoL/L and 1. 5 mmoL/L H2O2, after 1 d, they were stressed by high-temperature of 41 ℃ for 24 h. The result showed that : the content of chlorophyll (except 1. 5 mmoL/L H2O2) and soluble protein was significantly (P≤0. 05) increased, relative electrical conductivity was significantly (P≤0. 05) decreased, the content of chlorophyll and soluble protein was decreasing and relative electrical conductivity was increasing as H2O2 concentration increasing, the H2O2 concentration with the best effect was 0. 5 mmol/L. Activity of CAT and POD was increasing and malondialdehyde (MDA) content was decreasing as H2O2 concentration increasing, negative correlationship between activity of CAT and POD and MDA content was significant (P≤0. 05).
