喷施或灌施GA3缓解PP333对山樱桃幼苗生长的影响
Abirritating the Effects of PP333 on the Growth of Primus Lereileana Seedling by Soil Irrigating or Foliage Spraying with GA3

【摘要】 土施PP333不仅显著地抑制了山樱桃幼苗新梢的加长生长,同时也显著地抑制了根系的加长生长,促进了吸收根的加粗生长,即PP333的抑制作用是双向的。叶面喷施或土壤灌施GA3,均可显著地缓解PP333对山樱桃幼苗加长生长的抑制作用和对吸收根的增粗作用。每400 g土壤施入0.15 g 15%的PP333情况下,在所设GA3浓度范围内,叶面喷施对新梢生长和根系生长都有促进作用,且浓度越高,效果越明显;土壤灌施对新梢生长有促进作用且浓度越高,效果越明显,但对根系生长的促进作用有一最适浓度,以25 mg/kg处理效果最大,35 mg/kg、45 mg/kg处理反而效果减弱。
【Abstract】 Soil treatment with PP333 remarkably restrained the growth of both branches and roots of Prunus lereileana seedling, and accelerated the thick growth of the absorbent roots. That was the bidirectional effects of PP333. The inhibitive effects of PP333 on the growth of yang shoot and root of Prunus lereileana seedling were evidently abirritated by soil irrigating or foliage spraying with GA3. The growth of young shoot and root were promoted after spraying of GA3 in any of the testing concentration in this experiment with 0.15 g of PP333(15%) per 400 g soil was used. The higher the concentration of GA3 used, the better effects were got. For soil treatment, the higher the concentration of GA3 was, the better the young shoot growth would be. To the growth of root, 25 mg/kg of GA3 showed the best effects , while 35 mg/kg and 45 mg/kg of GA3 were not so good.
