Ca2+对受高温胁迫猕猴桃组培苗抗热性的影响

【摘要】 以美味猕猴桃(Actinidia deliciosa)品种秦美组培苗为试材,研究了Ca2+对抗热性的影响。结果表明:Ca2+处理抑制了高温胁迫下猕猴桃叶片叶绿素的分解、细胞膜透性及MDA含量的增大,增强了高温胁迫下抗氧化酶(SOD、CAT、POD、GR、APX)活性和抗氧化剂(ASA、GSH、Pro)含量。这些结果说明Ca2+在对猕猴桃抗热调控过程中起着重要作用。
【Abstract】 The effect of Ca2+ on high temperature resistance of kiwifruit seeding were studied in this experiment. The results showed that treatment with Ca2+ inhibited decomposition of chlorophy I and decreased the content of electrolytic leakage and MDA. At the same time, the seeding of kiwifruit was treated with Ca2+ obviously enhanced the activities of an-tioxidant enzymes (SOD,POD,CAT,GR, APX)and content of antioxidants (ASA,GSH, Pro) under high temperature stress. Therefore,the resulst suggests that Ca2+ plays an important role in controlling high temperature resistance of kiwifruit seeding.
