梨树病毒cDNA探针检测技术研究

【摘要】 合成了生物素标记的cDNA探针,优化了检测体系,并对香梨样品进行检测,斑点清晰,是首次应用生物素标记的cDNA探针对ACLSV进行检测。
【Abstract】 This paper synthesized cDNA probe marked by biotin and optimized detection system and detected several Korla pear samples. The detection result showed clear blots,and this is the first to use biotin marked cDNA probe detecting ACLSV.
