番茄花叶病毒(ToMV)的移动蛋白激发Tm-2~2抗病反应

【摘要】 转Tm-22基因烟草接种的结果表明,Tm22基因在烟草上的表达为单基因整合和遗传,其编码蛋白对TMV、ToMV-0和ToMV-2三个毒株的分离物表现抗性和对ToMV-2a毒株的分离物表现感病,与Tm-22番茄对ToMV病毒不同株系的特异反应结果一致;Tm-22转基因植株和ToMV-MP转基因植株杂交试验进一步证明,1)Tm-22基因与ToMV-MP具有“基因对基因”的互作关系,移动蛋白的特异位点的氨基酸差异决定了病毒的性质及其与寄主的互作关系;2)ToMV的移动蛋白能够诱导含有Tm-22基因植株的细胞死亡。
【Abstract】 Virus-inoculation results in Tm -22 transgenic tobacco showed the expression of Tm -22 gene was single-copy integration and inherence, in which encoded protein displayed resistant to isolate TMV, ToMV-0, ToMV-2 and susceptible to ToMV-2a. This result demonstrated as same as in Tm -22 tomato. Crossing test suggested that: 1) Tm-22 and ToMV -MP displayed characteristics with "gene for gene" , the amino acid residues in MP special site depended on the virulence related to host plants; 2) MP of ToMV could induce the cell death in Tm -22 transgenic tobacco
