CYP86MF反义基因转化不育植株相关生理生化指标的测定

【摘要】 本研究在获得花粉不能正常萌发的CYP86MF反义基因转化植株的基础上,比较了它们与正常对照株之间的相关生理生化指标的差异,结果表明,‘上海青’白菜转化株叶片和花蕾的GA3含量比对照株低31.66%和62.88%;而‘油青’菜心的对照株叶片和花蕾的ZT含量分别比转化株高64.49%和51.09%。相反,转基因植株的ABA含量显著高于其阴性对照植株。同时,‘上海青’白菜和‘油青’菜心的转化株叶片及花蕾与对照株在呼吸速率、抗氰呼吸强度、光合速率以及花蕾中总黄酮含量等相关生理生化指标均无显著差异.

【Abstract】 In order to study the mechanism of the transgenic male sterility induced by the antisense gene CYP86MF fragment, some physiology and biochemistry indexes were compared between the transgenic plantlets and the control plantlets. Results showed there were significant difference to contents of the endogenous hormones in floral buds and leaves, contents of GAs from non-transgenic plantlets of cv. Shanghaiqing were more than percent 31.66 and percent 62.88, respectively, also contents of ZT from transgenic plantlets of cv. Youqingcaixin were lower than percent 64.49 and percent 51.09, respectively. However contents of ABA from transgenic plantlets were significantly more than non-transgenic plantlets. Moreover difference of the respiratory intensity & cyanide-resistant respiratory, the photosynthesis intensity and the contents of total flavones for floral buds were not significant.
