外源多胺对核桃雌花芽生理分化期内源激素的影响
Effect of Exogenous Polyamine on Endogenous Hormones during Physiological Differenation of Walnut Female Floral Buds

【摘要】 以辽宁1号核桃为试材,在采用摘叶法确定雌花芽生理分化期的基础上,研究了雌花芽生理分化期内源激素含量的动态变化,以及外源多胺及其合成抑制剂对内源激素的影响.结果表明:辽宁1号核桃开始进入雌花芽生理分化期叶片 GA3含量急剧下降,并在整个雌花芽孕育期保持较低水平。ZT 在雌花芽生理分化期有明显高峰,IAA 和 ABA 表现出持续下降趋势. 在雌花芽开始进入生理分化期阶段,叶片 ZT/GA3、(ZT+ABA)/GA3具有较高水平,显著或极显著高于其它各时期。喷施1×10-3mol·L-1Put(腐胺)、1×10-4~1×10-3mol·L-1Spd(亚精胺)能够显著降低内源 GA3、IAA 水平,提高内源 ZT 和 ABA 水平;显著提高内源 ZT/GA3、(ZT+ABA) /GA3水平,表明外源多胺能够促进激素平衡向促进雌花芽分化方向变化。
【Abstract】 The cultivar‘Liao Ning-1’of walnut (Juglans regia L.) was used for studying the dynamic variations of endogenous hormone content and the effect of exogenous polyamines and its synthetic inhibitor upon endogenous hormones,on the foundation of ascertaining the female floral buds differentiation period by defoliating.The results showed that GA3 content in leaves descended sharply in the initial stage of female floral bud differentiation and kept lower level after that.During physiological differentiation there was a obvious peak of ZT content;IAA and ABA kept decreased in initial stage of female buds differentiation,ZT/GA3,(ZT+ABA)/GA3 kept high level, significantly higher than in other stages.Spraying 1×10-3 mol·L-1 put and 1×10-4~1×10-3 mol·L-1spd could apparently reduce endogenous GA3 and IAA levels and increase endogenous ZT and ABA levels and markedly increased endogenous ZT/GA3 and (ZT+ANA)/GA3 levels,which showed that exogenous polyamines could promote hormones balance changing towards accelerating female floral buds differentiation.
