榛子遗传育种研究进展
The Recent Advances in Hazelnut Genetics and Breeding

【摘要】 榛子遗传育种研究已在新品种选育、同工酶酶谱分析、细胞遗传学研究、平榛与欧榛种间杂交遗传性状分析等方面取得进展。展望发展趋势,强调应适时展开榛属组织培养和平欧种间杂交种遗传基础等方面研究,其重要性在于:通过探明杂种榛减数分裂染色体行为、生化标记和分子标记等遗传特征,比较平欧杂种榛与两个远缘亲本间及杂种榛品种(系)间的基因型差异,找出导致种间杂种产生种子及杂种间产量存在差异的本质原因,进而探索促进种间杂种产生更高种子结实率及坚果重的育种途径,实现大幅度提高杂种榛产量及品质的育种目标。
【Abstract】 The hazelnut genetics and breeding research have made great progress in selection of new cultivars, isozyme eleetrophoresis determination,cytogenetics study,the analysis of hereditary characters among hybrids of Corylus heterophylla×Corylus avellana.The prospects are exceedingly promising in the development of hazelnut tissue culture,interspecific hybridization and the study on genetical base of hybrids of Corylus heterophylla× Corylus aveilana.It is important of proving up the miosis chromosome behavior of hybrid hazelnut,biochemical markers and molecular markers of hazelnuts.Through above researches and comparing the differences between hybrids and two distant parents,and the differences among hybrids,the essential reason could be found out that interspecific hybrids setting seeds and various hybrids producing different productions.Then the ways of breeding new interspecific hybrids with higher seed setting rate and larger nut size could be explored.Breeding objective that the productivity and quality of hybrid hazelnuts are much improved is expected to come true in the near future.
