1-MCP的保鲜作用机理及应用研究进展

【摘要】 控制乙烯的作用对于延长园艺产品贮藏寿命、增加其商品性有着重要意义。最近的研究发现1-甲基环丙烯(1-Methykyclopropene,1-MCP)能竞争性的与乙烯受体结合,且这种结合是非可逆的,从而抑制乙烯的作用。本文就近年国内外1-MCP的研究近况、对1-MCP处理的作用特点及其引起的生理生化变化进行综述。

【Abstract】 Ethylene is known to accelerate many plants senescence, so the control of ethylene is important to prolong horticultural products’ postharvest life. Recently 1 - Methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) has been shown to act at a very low concentration, and its highly strained molecule apparently blocks the ethylene receptor for long period of time. Application of 1 - MCP on postharvest plants cause a series of changes , such as development of ethylene, respiratory climacterics , peel corlor development , firmness, change in gene expression and enzyme activities. In this article , the development of 1 - MCP as well as physiological and quality changes of fruits and vegetables caused by 1 - MCP were discussed.
