根的呼吸活性与黄瓜和番茄根际低氧耐性的关系

【摘要】 为了探讨根的呼吸活性与黄瓜和番茄幼植株在低氧逆境下生长的关系。采用不同方法测定了黄瓜和番茄在0mg·L-1、1mg·L-1、2mg·L-1、4mg·L-1溶氧浓度(DO)下生长的植株根和离体培养根的呼吸强度。结果表明:不同DO下生长的植株根系的呼吸强度不同。在饱和DO 下用氧电极测定,番茄1mg·L-1以下、黄瓜0mg·L-1时,呼吸强度异常增大,而离体培养的根, 两作物均未出现异常增大;在生长时DO下用氧电极测定,处理后第3d两作物根的呼吸强度均随生长时DO的降低而降低,但降低的程度黄瓜小于番茄,且处理后第6d 1、2mg/L区根的呼吸有所增大,增大的程度黄瓜大于番茄。表明黄瓜根际低氧耐性与低氧逆境下,根呼吸活性的维持和适应性变化有一定程度的相关性。

【Abstract】 In order to discuss the relationship between the respiratory activity of roots and the growth of cucumber and tomato seedlings in low dissolved O2 (DO) nutrient solution, different methods were taken to test the respiratory rate of the growing roots and in vitro grown cultured root of cucumber and tomato at 0, 1, 2 and 4mg·L- DO levels. The results showed that tested by oxygen electrode in saturated DO, the respiratory rate of roots growing in different DO levels (tomato under 1mg·L-1, cucumber at 0 mg·L-1) increased abnormally, while the respiratory rate of the in vitro grown cultured roots of the two plants increased normally. Tested by oxygen electrode in the growing DO, the respiratory rate of the two plants after being treated for 3days decreased, when the growing DO de creased, but the respiratory, rate of cu- cumber decreased less than that of tomato and after being treated for 6days, the respiration of root at 1 and 2 mg·L-1 DO level increased some. The increase degree of cucumber was higher than that of tomato.’ These results suggest there is some relation between the low DO tolerance of cucumber root systems and suitable change of root respiratory activity at low DO level.
