茄子与其近缘野生种几种同工酶的初步分析
Study on Relationship between Eggplant Cultivars and Their Wild Relatives with Isozyme Analysis

【摘要】 应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)技术,以茄子3个栽培品种和茄属4个野生种: 红茄、野茄、喀西茄、龙葵为材料,对田间现蕾期各植株幼根及幼叶的过氧化物酶(POD)、细胞色素氧化酶(COD)、酯酶(EST)等3种同工酶进行分析。结果发现供试材料根中酶谱比叶中酶谱多态性高,且数量多,表明具有一定的组织器官特异性;3个栽培品种之间酶谱相差不大,显示栽培种内遗传多样性较低;近缘野生种中,野茄、红茄与栽培种酶谱相似性较高,而喀西茄、龙葵与栽培种差异较大。从而为远缘杂交育种中亲本选择选配提供了一定的理论依据。
【Abstract】 Using the PAGE technology, the POD, COD and EST isozymes in the young leaves and roots during bud - flowering period of three eggplant cultivars and four wild relatives, i.e. S.integrifolium, S.incanum , S.khasianum and S. nigrum were studied. The results show that the isozyme polymorphism and amount in the roots is much higher than that in the leaves, indicating it is certain organ specific; There is very close relationship between the three cultivars, showing that the genetic diversity is relative low between the cultivars; S. incanum and S. intergrifolium are much closer to the cultivars than other wild relatives. The results would give a theoretical support for the parent selection in the eggplant breeding with distant hybridization.
