苹果叶片衰老时不同叶位Ca、Mg、K含量的变化

【摘要】 以苹果成年树(品种:新红星、富士)和幼树(品种:富士)为试材,研究结果表明,与其他节位相比,顶部叶片叶绿素含量、叶绿素a/b比值和Ca、Mg含量较低,K含量较高。在叶片衰老过程中,叶片叶绿素和K含量下降,叶绿素a/b比值和叶片Ca含量增加,而Mg含量变化不大。相对来说,与外围新梢相比,在“新红星”上,短枝叶叶绿素含量下降较快,而在“富士”上却相反。

【Abstract】 The adult apple tree(cv: Starkrimson,Fuji) and young apple tree(cv: Fuji) were investigated in this experiment. The results showed that there were lower chlorophyll content, chlorophyll a/b ratio and Ca,Mg content,and higher K content in leaves of top position than others. During leaves senescence, the content of chlorophyll and K decreased, the chlorophyll a/b ratio and Ca content increased, while the Mg content changed little. Compared with the leaves on the extending shoots, the spur leaves chlorophyll content decreased more rapidly in ’Starkrimson’apple tree in contrast with ’Fuji’ apple tree.
