琯溪蜜柚自交胚胎发育研究
Study on Development of Guanximiyou’ s Embryo under Self-cross

【摘要】 用石蜡切片技术对琯溪蜜柚(Citrus Grandis cv.Guanximiyou)自交胚胎发育进行了观察。发现琯溪蜜柚自交出现了两种情形,简称Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型。Ⅰ型在授粉后5d的珠心组织细胞有变形现象,接着胚囊萎缩,只有外珠被能发育到50d左右才停止生长;Ⅱ型珠心组织细胞发育正常, 胚囊空腔变大,珠孔端出现有倒卵形的两个细胞或是不规则柱形,胚囊内有游离丝状物产生,随后胚乳出现萎缩,导致种子的早期败育。由此说明,琯溪蜜柚的自交不亲和表现比较复杂,Ⅰ型可能是受精前障碍,不亲和花粉管能到达胚珠,甚至释放出雄配子,但不能受精。Ⅱ型有可能存在受精,但从受精开始就孕育着不正常,随后的合子或胚乳发育异常,种子不能发育。因此,琯 溪蜜柚瘪籽的大小与不亲和障碍发生的时期有关。
【Abstract】 The development of embryo was observed in self - cross combination of Guanximiyou ( Citrus grandis cv. Guanximiyou ) by paraffin section. Self - cross showed two developmental patterns (type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ ) . In type Ⅰ, the nucellar cells were deformed on the 5th day after pollination, followed by the atrophy of embryo sac, only external integument continued developing until about on the 50th day ; in type Ⅱ, the nucellar cells developed normally, the embryo sac cavity enlarged, two obovoid or irregular collumn cells appeared in microphlar, free filar substance in embryo sac emerged, followed by endosperm atrophy, thus lead to early abortion of seeds. Therefore, manifestation of self- incompatibility was complicate in Guanximiyou, type Ⅰ was probably retardation before fertilization, self - incompatible pollen tubes can arrive to ovules, even to release male gametes, but not to fertilize. In type Ⅱ , fertilization perhaps happened, abnormality could be suggested from fertilization, and then the zy-gotes or endosperm developed abnormally, seeds didn’ t form. Size of the abortive seeds was relative to the time of self - incompatible retardation.
