【摘要】 以“美中红”番木瓜茎尖和侧芽为材料,研究番木瓜不同外植体较适合的消毒方法,利用正交设计方法[L9(34)]研究不同培养基对番木瓜继代培养的影响,结果表明最佳继代培养基为3／2 MS+6-BA 0．5mg·L-1+GA30．2 mg·L-1+蔗糖4％,增殖系数为4．7。本研究为番木瓜良种的繁育和种质的保存提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 stem tips and lateral buds of Carica Papaya L. cv. Meizhonghong were used as materials in this study, and suitable sterilizing method of different explanls was found; Effects of different medium on subculture of papaya was studied by using orthogonal design [ L9 (34) ] . The results showed that the best subculture medium was 3/2MS + 6 - BA0.5mg·L-1+ GA30.2 mg·L-1+ Su4% , the coefficient of multiplication was 4.7.
