诱导处理后板栗抗病相关酶活性的变化

【摘要】 通过用栗疫病菌(Cryphonectria parasitica)的菌块、病菌液体培养后滤液(CFE)、菌丝体提取物诱导剂(ME)等处理对板栗实生苗和嫁接苗(怀黄)进行诱导,测定板栗几丁质酶、β -1,3-葡聚糖酶、过氧化物酶(POD)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的酶活性和比活性。结果表明: 菌块处理对板栗4种酶的活性、比活性的诱导效果最佳;酶活性在接种后的35h~40h达到高峰。板栗几丁质酶具有内切酶和外切酶两种形式,以内切酶活性稍高。抗病性强的板栗实生苗酶活性高于抗病性弱的嫁接苗。

【Abstract】 The resistant chestnut seedlings and sensitive chestnut cultivars "Huai huang" to chestnut blight were selected as experimental materials. The sticks exposed to the attack of the block of Cryphonectric parasitica isolates, CFE and ME especially . The activities and specific activity of chitinase, β-1, 3 - Glucanase, POD and PAL were measured every four hours later. The results showed that the block of Cryphonectric parasitica had the highest induced effect to activity and specific activity of four enzymes. The activities of chitinase, β-1, 3 - Glucanase, POD and PAL were gradually increased and reached the top in 35 - 40hours. Endochitinase activity and indochitinase activity of chestnut were observed simultaneously, the latter was higher than the former.The activities of four enzymes of resistant seedlings were higher than that of the sensitive cultivars.
