差异培养对马铃薯试管苗、试管薯的作用研究

【摘要】 以马铃薯栽培品种Favrite、Atlantic和克新1号脱毒试管苗为材料,着重研究了马铃薯试管苗在不同培养方式下的生长情况,以及外源激素、碳源和活性炭对试管薯形成和发育的影响,结果表明:(1)液体培养基减量、分次使用与团体培养基相比,试管苗的各项生长指标均达到极显著水平;(2)一定浓度的外源激素有利于提高试管薯的产量和质量;(3)诱导试管薯对碳源纯度要求不高,食用白糖替代蔗糖完全可能。另外,活性炭能够明显提高试管薯前期的形成和发育。

【Abstract】 Virus-free plantlets of Favorte, Atlantic and kexin Nol were used in this experiment. The purpose of the experiment is to disclose the growth status of potato under different cultural methods and the effects of inductive stimulus, sugar and active carbon in culture medium on the formation and development of microtuber. The results showed that: (1)The liquid mediums which were used two times and reduced volume were much better than the solid medium.The significance of difference between various growth indexes of plantlets was notable extremely. (2)The right concentration of inductive stimulus could improve the quantity and quality of microtuber. (3)The sugar purity in the medium was not been demanded strictly when microtubers were induced, so the sucrose could be replaced by the white sugar. In addition, active carbon still could increase tuberization and the development of microtubers at prophase.
