马铃薯试管块茎高效生产技术研究
Efficient Mass Production of Potato Microtubers

【摘要】 试验比较了不同培养器皿的单位面积试管块茎生产效率。结果显示,耐高温塑料培养盒具有材质轻,透光性好,单位面积可重叠放置等优点,从而使单位面积的试管块茎生产量达到5000~8000个,比果酱瓶增加了3~5倍。显著提高了单位培养室面积的生产效率。
【Abstract】 The experiment was designed to compare potato microtuber productivity of the growth containers. The results showed that with autoclavable 200ml plastic boxes, which are light in weight, special designed for orientating more layers during incubation and good in light penetration, microtubers produced was increased to 5 000 - 8 000/m2 that was 3 - 5 times higher than using 150ml germ jars. Therefore, a remarkable improvement of the productivety per unit growth room was obtained.
