【Abstract】 Five male asparagus plants with good agronomic characters were selected as explants.Minicrow were established through two-step rooting practice,resulting in 100% rooted plantlets and high survival rate after transplanting.The combination of selection of elite male plants in the fields and the subsequent establishment of culture practices will contribute to the asparagus industry.更多还原
