【摘要】 将材料接种于诱导丛芽的培养基上,培养20～25d后即可分化出新芽丛并长出枝茎和叶片,采用最优丛芽培养基继代,将具有3～4cm高的丛芽植株切下,接入生根培养基中,一般20d后即可生根,生根试管苗经过炼苗后移入花盆,生长良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The materials were cultured on the medium of inducing cluster shoots. The new buds with stem and leaves would grow up quickly after 20 - 25 days, then reproduced with the best medium of inducing cluster shoots. Generally speaking, about 20 days emerged the roots would from the plantlet base after inserting the plantlet ( which was cut out from the clustered plantlets with 3 -4cm in height) into the rooting medium.
