水分胁迫对芥蓝活性氧代谢的影响

【摘要】 随着干旱时间的延长,芥蓝叶片RWC、Chl和AsA含量下降,质膜透性和MDA含量上升,清除活性氧的平衡体系受到破坏。干旱处理2 d,SOD、POD、CAT活性均明显上升。此后,POD活性持续上升,SOD活性逐渐下降,CAT活性表现为“先上升后下降”的趋势。SOD活性与RWC、Chl含量呈显著正相关,而与质膜透性和MDA含量呈显著负相关。

【Abstract】 With the development of drought stress, the relative water content (RWC). the contents of chlorophyll (Chl) and ascorbic acid (AsA) decreased, and the rate of electrolyte leakage and the content of malondialdephyde (MDA) increased in leaves of Chinese kale. The activities of 3 protective enzymes (SOD. CAT and POD) increased significantly in 2 days of drought stress. But above 2days, the activity of SOD declined gradually, the activity of POD increased steadily, the activity of CAT increased at first, then decreased. The activity of SOD was significantly positively correlated to RWC and Chl content, but significant negatively correlated to the rate of electrolyte leakage and MDA content.
