关于黄瓜高温保护剂的初步研究

【摘要】 研究了脯氨酸、6-BA、乙烯利、多效唑四种试剂对提高黄瓜受高温胁迫后产量的效果, 结果表明,苗期喷施PP333100mg/l、6-BA 10-4mol/l效果最好,抽蔓期喷施脯氨酸200mg/l、 6-BA10-4mol/l效果最好,结果期喷施脯氨酸200mg/l效果最好。在此基础上复配制成黄瓜高温保护剂1号、2号和3号,分别施用于黄瓜的幼苗期、抽蔓期和结果期,试验结果表明对提高高温季节的黄瓜产量效果显著。

【Abstract】 The effect of proline. 6-benzyl amino purine(6-BA), ethephon and paclobutrazol(PPP333) on improving cucumber yield under heat stress were studied. The results showed that PP333 100mg/l and 6-BA 10-4mol/l had the best effect when applied at seeding stage, proline 200mg/l and 6-BA 10-4mol/l had the best effect when applied at stem growing stage, and proline 200mg/l had the best effect when applied at fruit setting stage. Based on the experiment above, cucumber high temperature protection agents No.1, No.2 and No.3 were compounded and applied at seeding stage, stem growing stage and fruit setting stage respectively, the results showed that they had significant effect on improving cucumber yield in high temperature season.
