乙烯利对黑穗醋栗果实成熟、新梢生长和花芽分化的影响

【摘要】 研究了乙烯利对黑穗醋栗‘黑珍珠’和‘早生黑’果实成熟、采前落果、新梢生长和花芽分化的影响。结果表明,3个处理(10,50,200mg·l-1乙烯利溶液)喷1次(6月25日)或喷2 次(6月25日和7月1日)都促进了果实变色,成熟提前;喷1次促进了‘黑珍珠’花芽分化;喷 2次200 mg·l-1降低了‘黑珍珠’每芽平均花朵数;各处理对果实和新梢生长以及第二年萌芽均没有产生抑制作用;200 mg·l-1处理的采前落果较明显。10-50 mg·l-1乙烯利处理时间以正常采收期前10-15d为宜。

【Abstract】 ’Ben Lomond’ and ’Fertodi’ cultivars of black currant (Ribes nigrum L.) were selected and effects of ethephon of varios concentrations on fruit ripening, prehanest drop. shoot growth and differentiation of flower bud by foliage applying before fruit ripening were studied in this experiment. Different treatment of 10. 50 and 200 mg/l liquid of ethephon. which were applying 1 time (Jane 25) or 2 times (June 25 and July 1), enhanced fruit ripening. All of the three treatment applied 1 time enharnced differentiation of flower bud of ’Ben Lomond’. Average number of flowers per bud of ’Ben Lomond’ was decreased by applying 200 mg/l of ethephon 2 times. All of the ethephon applications had no shoot the next year. Preharvest drop was higher when applying 200 mg/l. It was better that the period of applying 10-50 mg/l of ethephon was 10-15days before regular harvest period.
