【摘要】 光学显微镜下,通过对M系,山定子砧木及红星苹果枝条次生部细胞进行解离观测统计分析,结果表明:1．M系,山定子砧木及红星苹果木质部导管细胞均为孔纹型,为单穿孔, 次生壁加厚的方式和导管端部形态各不相同;2．M系和山定子砧导管细胞的长度和直径均显著地短和窄于红星苹果,山定子砧导管细胞长度也显著地长于M系砧,M系砧木导管细胞的长度和直径也存在一定的差异;3．M系砧木导管细胞的端尾较山定子长,但不同M系砧木端尾长度也存在较大差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cells of the secondary xylem of the annual mature branches were separated and analysed under the SEM and LM. The results indicate: 1. The vessel cells of the secondary xylem M chain, M.bacctata borkh Stocks and Starking apple are pitted. have some difference in thickened types of the secondary wall and characters of the end.The perforation plates of vessel cell include single one. 2. The mean length and diameter of the vessel cell of M line and M.bacctata borkh stocks are shorter and thinner than those of Starking apple, the mean length of the vessel cell of M.bacetata borkh stock is longer than that of M line stocks, but thinner than that of M line stocks in diameter, the mean length and diameter have some difference among M linestocks.3. The average length of the end tail of the vessel cell of M line stocks are longer than that of M.bacetata Borkh stock. there are some difference among M line stocks.更多还原
