两种梨树矮化中间砧致矮机理的研究

【摘要】 为探讨梨树矮化中间砧的致矮机理,本文对以S系(S2、S5)和厚栓型(PDR54)为中间砧的嫁接树分不同茎段进行了解剖观察和枝皮生长素氧化酶活性测定。研究表明,在以S2和S5为中间砧的嫁接树中,中间砧段枝皮的生长素氧化酶活性显著高于接穗和基砧茎段,推测它们是由于较多地破坏由地上部向根系运输的生长素而致矮。在以PDR54为中间砧的嫁接树中,中间砧段当年生韧皮部中的筛管常过早地被挤压变形毁坏而失去输导功能,推测它是由于阻碍了光合产物由地上部向根系的运输而致矮。

【Abstract】 The xylem, phloem structure and the IAA oxidase activities of the bark of the different sections of the grafted pear trees with two kind of dwarf interstems were studied to exploud the dwarfing mechanism of them. In the trees using S series (S2 and S5) as interstems. the IAA oxidase activities of the bark in the interstem section was significantly higher than that of scion and rootstock sections, and it was concluded that their destruction to the downward translated IAA could explain the dwarfing effect of them. In the trees using thick-phellem type (PDR54) as interstems. the peripheral sieves in the one-year-old phloem of the interstem section were more easily been crushed owing to the thick phellem in the outside of the interstem section. And it was concluded that its inhibition to the downward translocated photosynthate could explain the strong dwarfing effect of it.
