菜豆抗炭疽病遗传
Inheritance of Resistance to Anthracnose in Snapbean

【摘要】 对苗期人工接种炭疽病表现高抗且田间鉴定农艺性状优良的3份菜豆抗源材料进行了抗性遗传分析.结果表明,这些材料对炭疽病的抗性均为显性遗传,其中2个组合由显性单基因控制,包含我国地方品种的另一组合表现较复杂的遗传.
【Abstract】 Inheritance of resistance to anthracnose in three crosses of snapbean was investigated . Results show that in all crosses the resistance was controlled by dominant genes. Data in two crosses support the hypothesis that a single dominant gene controls the resistance. However, the cross involved in Chinese local cultivar showed a complicated inheritance and further research is required.
