黄瓜单性结果形态及生理机制的研究

【摘要】 黄瓜单性结果品系EP-6授粉与不授粉处理花后均能正常发育,不授粉处理花后果实发育显著慢于授粉处理,表现为单果重低、果形短、头部尖细;非单性结果品系YD-1、ZQ-1授粉处理果实均能发育,而不授粉处理大多化瓜或果实发育畸形.从花前2天至开花当天,EP-6子房中IAA、ABA含量与POD活性均高于YD-1、ZQ-1;从开花当天至花后4天的子房(幼果),能正常结果的处理,IAA、ABA含量(/果)均上升而POD活性下降,而未能结果的处理IAA、ABA含量(/果)仍维持低水平而POD活性上升.
【Abstract】 The pollinated and non - pollinated ovaries of parthenocarpic cucumber line EP - 6 can develop, the development of pollinated ovaries were significantly faster than that of parthenocaipic ovaries. The pollinated ovaries of non - parthenocarpic cucumber lines YD -l and ZQ - 1 can develop, but the non - pollinated ovaries not.
